The Gift House Process

This is step one of our timeline with every new client. We schedule a dedicated time to meet with you or your team to discuss your brand aesthetic, project scope, and the vision you might have for the final product. During this initial consultation, we'll establish clear timeline expectations and work with you to figure out even the smallest of details so we can begin creating the best customized merchandise and gift ideas for you.

Following our discovery call, our team curates ideas for your branded merchandise and apparel, custom gift boxes, or giveaway items tailored to your specifications. We’ll create a digital design board that will give you a wide variety of options to choose from, based on your budget, target audience, and vision. Each presentation showcases creative possibilities that brings your brand to life.

After you receive our design board, you will review and provide feedback on the proposed branded merchandise and apparel, custom gift boxes, or promotional giveaway items. We'll work closely with you through any needed revisions to ensure your custom corporate gifts align perfectly with your brand before final approval and production.

Once you have made your selections, we ensure your custom products are produced to perfection and delivered on time. Our team handles all vendor communication for production and manages assembly and delivery logistics. Once your items have arrived at our Nashville warehouse, our dedicated team does all of the kitting in-house to ensure the highest level of quality. We’re happy to offer local deliveries or pickups. If your location is outside of Nashville, no problem! We are happy to ship anywhere across the country.
